Sometimes you just need to chat through something with an expert, pick their brain and see where you need to pivot or what you could be doing better. So here at Blue Palm Digital, we offer consulting sessions where we can tackle any range of topics from digital media, customer journeys, conversion rate optimisation, troubleshooting, performance deep dives, audience targeting, and more. What’s more, they can be easily booked online at a time that suits you!
How we do it
Strategic advice: If you’re making big decisions in your business and need a sounding board, a strategic session could be the right fit for you. This can be comprehensive over a few sessions or could be as simple as jumping on a call and talking through the rationale to discover any blind spots. It can be so hard especially if you’re a team of one to be able to stay objective when you’re in the weeds so often. Taking a step back with an objective third party can be worth it’s weight in gold!
New channels and tactics: If you’re considering expanding your digital marketing into new channels you might need a bit of advice on how to best tackle it and what else you may need to consider. From Google to Facebook, Instagram to TikTok, LinkedIn to Pinterest, and YouTube to Outbrain, including email marketing giants like Klaviyo and MailChimp, we’ve got you covered.
Troubleshooting: Got something you just can’t fix or if you can’t work out where to start on a problem, we might be able to help. We’ve faced our fair share of platform and technical issues in our days so have likely faced the same issue. Reach out to us first if there’s something super specific you need a hand with so we can make sure we’re confident we can help before we jump on a call.
Reviews and audits: Is that a good CTR? Why are my ads not converting? I can’t tell if this is working or not? Sometimes you need some more in depth advice on a particular channel, a deep dive into the data on what’s working, what’s not and what needs to be improved. We’d recommend discussing no more than one platform per hour to be able to get in depth so book accordingly.
Creative direction and feedback: We optimise creative each and every day to get the best out of them for each channel. If you need a review of your current creative, ideas on how to improve or new formats you can test, we can help.
